Sunglasses for laptop users

HAVE you ever sat at a cafe or at the beach with your laptop on a beautiful sunny day? At first it seems like the perfect place to work or play, until you notice that it is so bright that it's impossible to see the screen clearly. You decide to wear sunglasses - but when you put them on the screen is also darker.

This annoyed us so much that we decided to develop a new pair of patent pending sunglasses that allow all the light from the laptop through, but still block out the majority of the background light.

With the new Glarewear sunglasses, you simply adjust the screen so that it isn't directly hit by sunlight and then you’re free to comfortably work or play as much as you like.

GLAREWEAR lenses work with over 95% of all regular laptop screens. If you already have a "very bright", OLED or touch screen the results will not always be as striking as for a plain laptop, but in any case: if you're not 100% happy, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you return the set within 60 days. [Please make sure to contact us first to get proper instructions before returning your sunglasses.]

Is it like magic? Well, that's almost true.

Light from LCD screens has certain characteristics that make it different from other light, such as direct sunlight and reflections from other surfaces.

The trick is to allow the light through from the laptop, but at the same time make the lenses block the light from everything else. When the maximum amount of light from the laptop reaches the eyes, the eyes adjust and the LCD screen appears much brighter than the surroundings.
